Northumbrian Woodland Burials is located at Bockenfield Wood, near the village of Felton, in rural Northumberland.
Part of a former World War 2 RAF base, planning consent was given for change of use of the land into a woodland burial ground and 16,000 indigenous Northumbrian broad leaf trees were subsequently planted.
Despite its rural location the site has excellent road links directly off the A1 and the area is fairly level making access easy for all. N.W.B. is a small, independent, family run concern and is not affiliated or connected to any councils, religions or other large corporate organisations.
